The Penguin Spy Agency, more commonly known as the P.S.A., was Club Penguin ‘s spy association that helped keep Club Penguin safe. The Penguin Spy Agency was founded October 24, 2005 but later ran out of commission as of May 17, 2010.
Following the massive popcorn incident regarding Herbert P. Bear, the P.S.A. had to close down and P.S.A. data was defined as unclassified from the public that Herbert P. Bear committed a conspiracy authorized by the Penguin Spy Agency.
On July 4, 2013 following the incident that put the Penguin Spy Agency in jeopardy of the ridiculous conspiracy, the Director has initiated the Penguin Spy Agency back into affect along the island of Club Penguin.
The Elite Penguin Force is a branch of the Penguin Spy Agency. To be in the Elite Penguin Force, you must have served as a Secret Agent for at least one year. The Elite Penguin Force is not another army. It is an elite group of Secret Agents from the Penguin Spy Agency.
